Christmas at Haven Point …
Travelling Ava has just returned from Brisbane in Australia. She had a quick rest before joining me at Haven Point in South Shields for the annual Christmas Fair last weekend.
This is a wonderful Christmas market bringing together lots of talented local artists, crafters and businesses from across the North East. Ava had a wonderful time and she wanted to share some pictures of her favourite stalls at the market.
The market is organised by the team at Groundwork, they are great at bringing the community together.
She had great fun stopping at Keith’s K L Metal Art stall to have a little ride on the motor bike. All of the gifts on his stall are made using recycled metal. Ava loved looking at all the amazing creations.
Ava was super excited to get her picture taken with the lovely Gingerbread creations from Scribble and Patch. I did treat her to a couple of Christmas decorations. She can’t wait to put them on the tree.
Ocean Colours Sea Glass had these beautiful sea glass necklaces that Ava was fascinated with. She wonders what they used to be and where they came from.
Ava loves Maryanne’s Made by Map designs, she loves to explore the local area when she is not off on one of her overseas adventures. She recognised these awesome landmarks from her urban exploring
Ava also stopped by Driftwood Pens. They are so beautiful and come in pretty gift boxes.
The last stall she stopped by on her tour of the Haven Point Christmas Market is Niche. She is a big fan of Niche’s superhero designs.
I’ve got some more pictures of her adventures coming soon. She is currently having more adventures than I can keep up so I will do my best to get them shared. I would love to hear from you so if you have any questions or just want to leave a comment I look forward to hearing from you.
You can also see her on Facebook or you can follow her adventures on Instagram @Travelling_Ava.
Have an awesome day x
